1970, First Edition founders, Peter S Cedroni Partnered with Joeseph Lucatelli to form Centerline Construction. General Contractors. projects included Kroger stores Dunkin donuts arbys the shmid house restraunt centerline professional building and commercial/ industrial buildings to name a few. 1973 Phoenix construction was formed to include residential work. Home remodeling, additions and repair were added to the list of services offered.
